On Into 2019, With A Spring in My Step
Happy New Year
Success does not lie in how many others have tried and failed. It’s not in how many times you have tried in the past and failed. It doesn’t even matter so much what your 2018 may have brought to your doorstep. Your future and the rest of your life start now. You may not be able to undo your past failures and mistakes, but you can change the course of your life from this instance.
Success will be yours if you go at your dream again, never giving up and never giving in to negative pressures. One step at a time, one bite at a time and one milestone at a time: inching ever so close to the dream with every step you take. Think your dream. See it with the eye of your mind. Speak it into being and work it into reality. Ever focused on the end game, keep pushing with everything you have for you have what it takes to give birth to your dream.
Much like the 1000 pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, put together to form the beauty of the picture, hidden before joining the many pieces, keep working your dream, joining one jigsaw piece at the time. Eventually, the picture of your dream starts to emerge. If you persist with grit and perseverance and with passion, you will enjoy the beauty of the picture (your dream) that you will have created and worked so hard and sometimes so long to achieve. You will be pleased you didn’t quit.
You will be happy you never stopped pushing and fighting even when it felt like you were losing your dream. You will be satisfied that you kept on keeping on.
Get up, brush up, own up to your shortcomings and dress up for the new year is about and your life is about to take a turn for the better. Seek help if you must, search for support if you should but do not stop. Do not make a permanent home where your life is right now. You are not yet at your destiny so keep going. Keep knocking at them doors until the right one opens up widely to you.
Take a hold of your destiny and keep running with it until you can see the full realization of it.
2019 is a good year. May you enjoy the benefits of all your hard work and sacrifices. May your dreams start to translate into physical, tangible results for all to see. Be good to someone on your way. You just never know who your next door neighbour will be in 5 years’ time.
The world waits to hear your story. Someone is waiting to hear how you succeeded, to spur them on to their own victory. Now is no time to stop or slow down.
