Claude Phiri is an author, leadership researcher and speaker whose work explores how leaders develop the human capabilities needed to lead effectively. His career began in accounting and finance and evolved into leadership development, organisational consulting, research and publishing.

He is the author of 32 published books and the creator of The LeadSoft Wheel. His work is guided by a central conviction: leadership should not be left to chance; it can be intentionally designed.
